Every Bourdon pedal is hand-built and tested before it leaves the bench. If something goes wrong with it, get in touch and we'll sort it out with you.
The warranty
For five years from purchase, we cover the original purchaser of a new Bourdon pedal against defects in materials or workmanship. Email [email protected] with your order number and what's happening, and we'll work out the fix together.
The full warranty terms, including how to claim and who covers costs, come with your pedal.
Your rights under the law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is in addition to those rights and doesn't limit them.
